So I want to run a 2 hour workshop for ~6 people aimed at improving squatting technique. The workshop will consist of –
  • Individualised Squat Assessment

I will assess your squat and provide you with precise feedback on how to instantly improve your technique to get more out of your squat.

  • An effective squat improvement program that makes “mobility” work obsolete as from this workout you’ll be able to generate power through a full range of motion or squat well enough that you don’t need to mobilise anything.
