Do you want to get the most out of your squats?
- Do you struggle to get the depth in your squat?
- Are you plateauing and not lifting as heavy as you’d like?
- Are you actually using the muscles you want to in your training?
- Do you get pain when you lift?
Now that I’ve moved home into a fantastic new facility at Central Strength I have the perfect location to start running workshops to help lots more people improve their technique and get the results from training they are looking for.
So I want to run a 2 hour workshop for ~6 people aimed at improving squatting technique. The workshop will consist of –
- Individualised Squat Assessment
I will assess your squat and provide you with precise feedback on how to instantly improve your technique to get more out of your squat.
- An effective squat improvement program that makes “mobility” work obsolete as from this workout you’ll be able to generate power through a full range of motion or squat well enough that you don’t need to mobilise anything.
Please leave a comment below if you are interested in attending a workshop at some point or if you have any questions.
Hi I’m interested but not sure I’d want me on a workshop as I have a lot of problems when squaring with my back and knee?
Also how much?
Sorting problems is the whole point of the workshop so I’m happy to give it my best shot. Looking at around £20 each. What sort of times would suit you best? Trying to figure out when would be the best time to run it? During the day, evenings or weekends?
Hello. I would love to asses this workshop to improve my swuat technique. In my opinion I do lack in stability and proper movement techniqe. Deep squats are making discomort in my groin area and I dont know how to manage it

Hi Edward,
Are you local to Glasgow? I’m looking to run the workshop this Sunday if you could make it?
