What you get when you train with me is entirely dependent on what your goals are. I don’t preach any specific exercises above another. If you’ve seen my Instagram account (link) then you could be forgiven for believing that this is what I have every client doing but this isn’t the case at all. I do this stuff as I’m very easily bored and making up new exercises is fun for me.

Every client I’ve ever trained is completely different and as such gets their own exercises specific to their goals and needs.

When you train with me, you tell me what you need or what you want to be able to do and then I create the program to suit. I choose the best exercises for you based on the actual movements required for the task, as opposed to the industry standard of giving you the usual gym exercises and make up some story about how squats will improve your running because glute activation, core stability, posterior chain or some other made up fitness term.

Just tell me what you want and I’ll get you there…. Easy
